What are we looking for in a candidate?

• A motivated, enthusiastic, “go-getter,” someone with the energy and drive for record-setting sales… you know the drill. You’ll also need to have 3-5 years minimum outside sales experience, as well as experience selling advertising, PR or creative services, or business development experience. We will not relocate candidates, so you’ll need to be in the Athens, GA area.
• On top of all this, we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for finding creative solutions to sometimes not-so-creative situations and challenges. We want you to be able to not just think outside the box, but to think 100 yards out of the box, past left field, right up to the border of “harebrained idea” in your quest for creative ways to generate leads, reign in prospects and solidify the sale.
• Are you connected? We are looking for candidates who have experience selling an agency, and who already have their own network of contacts that will bring accounts in the door.
• It would also be nice if you were a freak (like us) for new technology to help increase sales.
• As well as: have a good sense of humor and, maybe more importantly, the ability to humor us and our crazy office antics -ahem- intense sessions of marketing and design concepting.
• We just want you to love us, and to help bring in more people who will love us too (with checkbooks in hand of course).
